To ensure a respectful, safe, and lawful space in compliance with French and European legislation, every member must read and accept this Code of Conduct before participating.

1. Respect and Kindness

Each member agrees to:

  • Respect other participants and refrain from using offensive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory language.

  • Avoid any form of harassment, mockery, or personal attacks.

  • Express opinions constructively and courteously.

Any message that violates these principles may be removed without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Statements or content that violate French law (including hate speech, advocacy of terrorism, Holocaust denial, etc.);

  • Content of a pornographic, violent, or degrading nature;

  • Sharing of copyrighted material without authorization;

  • Advertising or spam not authorized by the administrators.

Moderators reserve the right to edit or delete any content deemed inappropriate.

3. Personal Data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés):

  • The data collected on this forum is limited to what is strictly necessary (username, email address, and IP address for security purposes).
