DIVINEF project
A Multilingual MOOC for Inclusion and Diversity in Non-Formal Education.
The aim of this project is to create a multilingual MOOC dedicated to inclusion and diversity in non-formal education activities, aimed at education, activity and integration professionals working in the youth, adult education and sports sectors. Designed to be accessible to all, the MOOC will be offered in a “classic format” and an “inclusive format”, thus meeting the needs of a large audience in precarious situations.
Co-construction with the target audience
The content of the MOOC will be co-constructed with NEETs, people with disabilities, migrants and refugees, allowing these participants to contribute their experiences of exclusion and enrich the training. Field surveys and qualitative interviews with marginalized groups will feed into the content, supplemented by interviews with experts in inclusion and diversity.
Activities and Dissemination: Surveys, Platforms and Events
To carry out this project, several activities have been carried out: field surveys and interviews with future learners, as well as reports analyzing needs and experiences of discrimination. In a few months, our dedicated website will provide direct access to the MOOC, and events to disseminate the results are planned, particularly during Erasmus Days 2025 to raise awareness among a wider European audience.
Concrete and Innovative Results
The main expected results include the creation of the MOOC and associated tools, a report analyzing field surveys, video interviews with experts and video animations integrated into the educational content.
Our website and our Facebook page have been created to promote the project and encourage wide and engaging dissemination, aiming to make the MOOC a reference resource for inclusion training on a European scale.
